DubStat.com Subscription Terms of Service

By subscribing to DubStat.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You must read and accept these terms before subscribing.

1. Subscription & Billing

  • All subscriptions are annual and automatically renew each year.
  • A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for a full year.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel after the trial, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.
  • Exceptions to the refund policy may be granted at DubStat.com’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

2. Account Requirements & Usage

  • You must create an account to access subscription content.
  • One account per user – sharing login credentials is not allowed.
  • Unauthorized data scraping, automated access, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Ownership & Usage

  • All content on DubStat.com is owned by DubStat.com.
  • Users may share small snippets of rankings and content on social media or other platforms but may not share full rankings, analytics, or lists.
  • Any unauthorized distribution of rankings, analytics, or proprietary content is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

4. Rankings & Data Accuracy Disclaimer

  • Rankings and predictions are based on available match result data, which may contain errors or omissions.
  • DubStat.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of rankings or analytics.
  • Rankings and predictions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for gambling, betting, or financial decisions.

5. Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal. However, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
  • If you cancel after the 14-day trial, you will still be charged for the full year, and no refunds will be issued except in rare cases at DubStat.com’s discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • DubStat.com reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notification.
  • Continued use of DubStat.com after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
